简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选取一位合格的供应商为唐镇辖区范围内7个社区微型消防站提供日常运行管理服务，包括但不限于提供24小时*365天的消防安全保障服务，开展镇域内消防安全宣传，配合镇消委办开展对镇域内“三合一”场所检查等。本项目服务时长共计126900个小时。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide daily operation and management services for seven community micro fire stations within the jurisdiction of Tang Zhen, including but not limited to providing 24-hour *365-day fire safety guarantee services, carrying out fire safety publicity within the town, and cooperating with the Town Consumer Council Office to carry out inspections of "three in one" places within the town. The total service time of this project is 126,900 hours. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：1年，具体起止日期以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: 1 year, the specific starting and ending dates shall be subject to the signing date of the contract.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
